Here We Go!

Open new image 700 x700. If you are going to animate, flood fill white. C/P tube of choice. (If you are animating and if you are using the same  tube I am C/P the  the crown  c/p those layers separately from tube.  El wave, c/p and place underneath left side of tube. El sand resize to 70 c/p and place underneath Wave. El Porthole resize to 90 c/p and place behind tube. Magic Wand, click on Porthole expand by 15. Paper 4 resize to 60 c/p and place behind port hole selections, invert delete, deselect. Duplicate paper layer go to Properties: Burn. El Petrified Wood resize to 60 c/p and place to the bottom right behind tube. El Seaweed 2 resize to 50 c/p and place inside frame towards middle. El Flowers resize to 50 c/p and place to the right by tube, duplicate this layer, flip horizontal and place towards far left behind tube. Go back to El Seaweed resize again by 80. C/p and place to far right by frame, duplicate this layer flip horizontal and place to the far left of frame. El Clam Shell resize to 20 c/p and place towards bottom by flowers. El Flower 3 resize to 20 flip horizontal c/p and place by Clamshell. I duplicated this Flower layer twice and scattered them around bottom. Take Elements Fish 4, Fish 2 and Sea Animal. I resized them to 30. you can get as creative as you want, I c/p the 3 elements and scattered them around my tag. El Jellyfish c/p and place towards left side in fron of Frame. El Netting resize to 30 c/p and place on top over Frame. El Anchor resixe to 30 c/p and place to the bottom right behind flowers. El Bubbles 2 resize to 70 c/p and place to the left side of Frame.  If you are happy with your tag great! Duplicate your tube layer, adjust guassian blur 6.0 properties overlay opacity 55. If you are not going to animate merge visible, add your mask. merge visible again. Add your Name, CR and License info. 
To Animate Click on you Crown and Necklace layer. Copy and paste onto Animation Shop Go to Effects - Insert Image Effects

**Remember you can always play around with the settings :D**
Click ok once you have the settings you like. My animations has 18 Frames..Go to the first Frame of you animation - Delete. Now I have 17 frames. Back to PSP close off Necklace and Crown layer. Copy merge rest of tag to Ani Shop. Duplicate your tag until have 17 frames. On you animations Select All , Copy - go to your tag Select All - Paste onto current frame.  Saves as Gif and you are done!

Open new image 700 x 700 If animating Flood Fill White, c/p tube of choice onto your canvas.  On your tube layer go to Effects - Photo Effects - Black and White Film Settings:  Brightness -33, Clarify 45 Choose from kit Leaf Frame resize larger to 115, c/p and place behind tube, Take Frame 2 resize larger to 115 c/p and place in front of Leaf Frame. Magic Wand Click inside Frame 2, expand by 6 take Paper Moonlight, resize to 60 c/p and place behind Frame 2, center the paper so the Moon is right behind tube, selections invert delete deselect. Duplicate paper, on Copy go to Properties - Burn.  Last El Glitter Spill, c/p and place behind Leaf Frame to the far left, duplicate flip horizontal and place to the far right. Now Merge Down Leaf Frame and the Glitter Spill layers and rename Leaf Frame   El Rose  resize to 30, c/p and place to the RIGHT side of tube layer, duplicate, duplicate Rose layer, flip horizontal and now place to the bottom RIGHT behind tube layer. Repeat same steps as above for Rose layer and place according to the LEFT side of tube. Star 3 resize to 20, Free Rotate 15 Right. Effects, Enhance Edges. c/p and place to the far RIGHT behind Rose layer. duplicate Star layer, Flip horizontal  and place behind Rose layer to the LEFT. Duplicate star layer one more time and place behind Rose layer behind tube.  EL Star String resize to 70 c/p and place between the 2 ROSE layers in front of tube. El 5 Ribbon, repeat same steps as for Star String c/p nad place behind Star String. Merge Down these 2 layers. . Take Eraser tool and erase anything showing out of the Rose Layers. El Butterfly resize to 30 c/p and place in front of Tube behind Ribbon layer. EL Dark Branch, resize to 60, Rotate Left, Flip Horizontal,  c/p and place the left by tube, Duplicate layer flip horizontal and place to the right behind tube. El Pearl resize to 30, I duplicated this layer 3 times and scattered them at the bottom El Rose 2 resize to 30, c/p and place to the far bottom left, duplicate this layer flip horizontal and place to the Far Right. Add your Mask, I am using Moonlight Paper 2 from the Freebie folder. Duplicate Mask. If your happy with your tag great. Add your name, opy Write and license info. Save as PNG
To Animate Take Leaf Frame Layer and import that to Animation Shop Go to  Insert Image Effects Underwater with these Settings:

You can always play around with the settings!

If you happy great, Back to PSP - close off Mask and Leaf Frame Layer, Merge Visible elements

Copy  Tag import to AS as new animation 

My animations has 17frames so SELECT ALL on your animation, I will make 17 frames of the tag. Go to EDIT, Duplicate until you have the 17 frames.  Select All, C/p onto into Selected Frame (Animation)

**MAKE SURE BEFORE YOU PAST THAT ALL YOUR FRAMES ARE SELECTED AND YOU ARE PASTING ON FIRST FRAME**

Back to PSP. Close off Tag open up mask layer, copy import to Animation shop, make 17 Frames. Go bac to animated tag, select all, c/p and place on Mask frame. and you are done.

Open new Image 700 x 700, If you are going to animate Flood Fill WHITE.  c/p tube of choice onto the center of your canvas. El 5 Frame resize larger to 110 C/P and place to the back of your tube. We will be working with the inside of your frame. Magic Wand click inside frame Selections expand by 10. Take Paper 12 resize to 70 c/p behind your frame selections invert delete. El 38 Church, resize to 80 c/p and place towards the top middle. El 37 Mailbox resize to 70 Flip Horizontal c/p and place towards the left side middle of frame. EL 40 Trees, resize to 70 flip horizontal c/p and place towards the bottom. El 34 Birds sharpen  resize to 30 c/p and plae to the bottom by tree. El 32 Sleigh resize to 30 c/p and place behind Birds. El 15 Reindeer resize to 20 flip horizontal c/p and place to the left behind mailbox.  El 35 resize to 80 C/P and place behind the frame to the left, duplicate this layer and place to the right. El 63 Present resize to 50 c/p and place to the far right behind tube, I resized El 63 again by 50 c/p and place by the Sleigh. El 47 pouch resize to 30 c/p and place to the bottom by tube. El 51 Blanket resize to 80 c/p and place underneath tube. El 67 resize to 50 c/p and place right underneath tube El 52 Pinecones resize to 40 c/p and place to the bottom, duplicate this layer twice and scatter them at the bottom. El 64 resize to 40 c/p and place to the bottom by tube. El 57 and 58 cookies, resize to 40 c/p and place them to the top left of Frame El 92 Lantern resize to 40 also place to the top left. El 68 Leaves  resize to 60 c/p and place also to top left over the cookies and lantern. El 73 Red Branch resize to 40 c/p and place also to top left behind Leaves. El 89 rose resize to 30 c/p and place to the bottom as you wish, I duplicated this layer twice and scattered them at the bottom. If you are happy with your tag great. I added the Snowflake scatter Element and sort of framed the Frame with it. Merge Visible. Add your mask of choice Add your name, Copy Write and license. TO ANIMATE Close off all layers that are BEFORE the frame. Copy Merged, Paste  as New Animation in Animation Shop. Open Animation. You will see it has 41 Frames. Delete Copy Write Layer of Animation now you have 40 frames. With your tag you will duplicate until you have the 40 frames. Go to Animation Select All Copy Go to your Tag, Select All, Copy onto Selected Frame Go back to PSP...Close off layers AFTER Frame. Uncheck the layers you had closed of previously. Copy Merge to Animation Shop,  Paste as New Animation. Make 40 Frames, Select All - Copy and Paste onto Selected Frames on your Animated tag. Save as Gif and you are Done!

C/P your tube of choice onto the center of your canvas
Take EL 128 (Flower Frame) resize to 80 C/P  and place behind your tube Take your Magic Wand click inside frame Selections-Modify-Expand 6 Take your paper of choice I am using Paper 10 C/P behind your frame Selections-Invert-Delete EL 15 resize to 50 C/P and place behind Frame
EL 126  Leaf Frame resize to 80 C/P and place behind Flower Frame
EL 97 resize to 50  C/P at the bottom
EL 117 resize to 30 C/P and place to the right bottom Duplicate this layer Flip Horizontal and place on left side bottom
EL 4 resize to 50 C/P and place behind EL 97
EL 96 resize to 30 C/P on the right side of Gate (EL 4) Duplicate this layer and place to the right of Gate
EL 18 resize to 20  C/P to the bottom
El 16 rersize to 30  C/P to the bottom
EL 13 resize to 10 C/P and place anywhere on your leaf frame Duplicate this layer and do the same
EL 63 resize to 30 C/P and place at bottom
EL 63 resize to 20  C/P and place to the right 
You can add other elements if you wish.
If you are happy with it, you can merge visible
Add your mask
Add your Name, CR info and License
Save as PNG

TO ANIMATE (Optional)
Take your magic wand and SELECT the wings only You want to get as much as the wings as you can
With your wings selected COPY to Animation Shop
Go to  Effects-Insert Image Effects-Underwater With these settings:

Click OK

You will have 17 frames

Go back to PSP

Bring your tag to Animation Shop

Duplicate your tag to 17 Frames

Select All Copy your wings

Select All Paste on to your tag

Save as GIF

Open a 650 x 650 Image c/p your tube of choice onto the center  your canvas El 111 Frame, resize a little bigger and c/p behind your tube take your magic wand, click inside frame Selections-Expand-5 take paper 14 c/p behind your frame Selections-Invert-Delete Deselect The kit is packed with some beautiful elements! If you are happy with your tag then you can merge visible Add your copy write, license info I blasted my tag with some Radiance at these settings 94-152-219-109 Once you are happy, add your name Convert to raster Selections All-Float-Defloat Add New Raster Layer Expand by 2 Flood Fill with your choice of color I chose the one of the colors from my tube Bring that layer to the bottom of your name Still on that layer Effects-Edge Effects-Enhance Add a slight drop shadow Merge Visible and you are done! TO ANIMATE take your magic wand and select the top part of each pilar go to  Effects-Eye Candy 4 - Fire you can play around with the settings to get it where u like it Random Seed - Select None copy to animation shop Repeat these steps 2 more times, each time hitting Random Seed and copy after current frame in Animation Shop Frame Properties - 20 once you are happy with your animations  Save as Gif!
