Open new image 700 x 700. C/P tube of choice onto the center of your canvas. Open up Cluster Frame included, C/P and place behind your tube. Magic Wand click inside frame. Selections - Expand by 5. C/P Paper 10 , selections invert delete. KEEP SELECTED. C/P closeup tube of choice HIT DELETE Deselect On closeup tube Duplicate. On Copy Guassian Blur 6.0 Properties Screen. On Original Properties Luminance lower Opacity to 42. Take WA Mask resize to 70 C/P and place behind closeup tube layers. El Cherub and Gift Box 1 resize both to 50 C/P and place to the bottom left. El Rose bunch resize to 50 C/P and place to the bottom left, duplicate flip horizontal and place to the right. . El Mesh Heart resize to 50 C/P and place to the bottom behind Rose Bunch. El Rose Button resize to 30 C/P and place behind Rose Bunch. . El Flower 1 and 2 resize to 20 C/P and place to the bottom right. El Heart Trail resize to 60 C/P and place to bottom right. El Whispy Heart resize to 80 C/P and place to the bottom in front of elements and tube. If you are happy with your tag great. Merge Visible. Add your mask of choice. I added a touch of Xero Radiance to my finished tag. Add your name, license and copy write info Save as PNG! Thanks for looking!

HERE WE GO!

Open new image 700 x 700 C/P tube of choice onto your canvas. C/P  Frame 1 behind tube, magic wand, click inside frame expand by 5. El Heart Frame resize larger to 110. C/P and place inside Frame 1 selections, Invert, Delete, Selections None.  El Flower 3 resize to 3. make several layers and frame behind the Heart to the left (see tag for reference). Once your done merge down these layers, duplicate, flip horizontal and place to the right.  El Flowers resize to 60 C/P and place on top left of frame, duplicate this layer, flip horizontal and place to the right. Back to Flowers El, Rotate left, C/P and place to the left of frame, flip horizontal and place to the right.  El Leaves resize to 50 and we will follow the same steps as with Flower 3. Go back to El Leaves Rotate Left. C/P and place towards top behind frame.  El Ribbon 1 resize to 60 Edge Effects-Enhance  and place as wish behind your frame. I duplicated this layer 3 times and scattered them around frame. El Pillow resize to 60 C/P and place to the bottom left by tube. El Petals resize to 60 C/P and place underneath Pillow and tube to the left, duplicate this layer flip horizontal and place to the right. El Candy, Flower 1 and Flower 2 resize to 20 c/p and place accordingly to the bottom left. Duplicate Flower 1 and 2 and place to the bottom right. El Gift resize to 30 c/p and place to the bottom by tube El Love Letter resize to 20, Enhance Edges c/p and place to the bottom left. El Lollipop 1 & 2 resize to 50 C/P and place to the right side of frame behind tube. I added the sparkles over the tube and the Sunburst inside the Frame. El Bubbles resize to 70 C/P and place behind tube, center.  Go Back to main tube layer. Duplicate. On Copy Guassian Blur 3.0 Properties Hardlight lower opacity to 50. I added a shadow on my tube with these settings: 2, -11, 9.0, 5.0 Merge Tag OPTIONAL: I duplicated my merged tag, on copy Guassian Blur 3.0 Properties Soft Light opacity 53. Add your mask. I used Paper 10 for mine and duplicated 2 times. 
Add your Name, License and Copy Write info Merge and save as PNG Crop if you need to! Thanks for looking!!

Open image 700x700 C/P tube of choice onto your canvas Add your mask to the background. I used Paper 7 for mine, duplicated this layer 3 times and merged down move a little to the left. . Duplicate this layer Flip Horizontal, move towards right. Merged down these two layers.   EL 16 Heart Frame Free Rotate 15 Left. C/P and place behind tube Enhance Edges.  EL 68 Pink Rose, C/P and place behind your tube towards the bottom left in front of heart Frame. . Duplicate this layer, flip horizontal and place towards top right. El 64 Leaf resize to 60 place underneath Bottom Rose to the left. El 66 Leaves resize to 40 C/P and place to the bottom left in front of tube. El 60 Rose resize to 20 c/p and place in front of leaves. El 19 Heart Bow resize to 40 c/p and place to the bottom in front of tube.  El 44 Violin c/p and place to the left side behind tube. EL 50 Butterfly resize to 20 c/p and place to the bottom by bow Duplicate this layer twice and scatter to the top left and right. Enhance Edges on these three layers. EL 23 Heart Lock resize to 10 c/p and place to the bottom by butterfly.  El 57 Birdcage resize to 20 c/p and place to the bottom left. I added the heart scatter  towards th ebackground. Go back to main tube, duplicate. On copy Gaussian Blur 3.0, Properties screen Merge your tag.
Duplicate Tag, On Copy Guassian Blur 3.0 Properties Hard Light lower Opacity to 46
Add Name, License and Copy write Crop if Needed Save s PNG

Open new image 700 x 700. Take Closeup of your tube c/p and place onto the center of your canvas. Take Frame El 146 resize to 80 c/p and place in front of your tube, magic wand selections expand by 6, click on tube layer selections invert delete...add paper of choice. I am using paper 33. C/P and place behind your tube....on your paper layer HIT DELETE..Deselect Go to your tube closeup..Duplicate, on Copy Gaussian Blur 3.0 Properties Screen lower opacity to 79. El 96 resize to 40 c/p and place to the bottom left inside frame, duplicate this layer flip horizontal and place to the bottom right El 83 Wreath Frame resize to 70 c/p and place over First Frame. El 78 Bows resize to 60 c/p and place a little to the bottom left of Frame. El 120 Snow resize to 60 c/p and place to the bottom.  El 55 Glasses resize to 40 c/p and place to the bottom left. El 92 Beige Rose resize to 20 c/p and place behind Glasses. El 90 Leaves resize to 20 c/p and place to the left side of El 92. El 85 Rose resize to 15 c/p and place to the left. El 113 White Rose resize to 30 and place to the bottom middle behind Bows. El 56 Lantern resize to 30 c/p and place to the bottom right. El 45 resize to 20 c/p and place to the middle. El 53 Gift resize to 20 c/p and place to the bottom right. El 87 Branch resize to 30 c/p and place to the far left behind the elements. Duplicate this layer, flip horizontal and place to the far right. EL 21 Butterfly resize to 20 c/p and place over the Glasses.  Behind the frame I used El 100 resized to 60 c/p and place to the left behind frame.duplicate this layer, flip horizontal merge down these two layers and place to the right. El 86 feathers follow steps as above. Take your eraser tool and erase any of the Feather's branches showing.  If you are happy with your tag Merge Visible.  Duplicate your tag, on copy Gaussian Blur 3.0  Properties Blur  lower opacity to 67.
Merge layers!
For the NAME I converted to Raster, Duplicate. On Copy Enhance Edges  on Original Properties Screen Add your license and copywrite info. Save as PNG  Thanks for looking!

HERE WE GO! Open image 700 x 700, c/p tube of choice onto your canvas El  Heart Frame c/p behind tube . Go to Effects -Penta - Jeans Settings 62 and 4 click ok. Now resize Frame   to 90 c/p and place behind tube. Go to Effects-DSB Flux Bright Noise - Darker 17 Magic Wand, click inside smaller frame, expand by 6 c/p your texture of choice. I used one by Vix and changed the color. You can do this by going to Adjust-Hue/Saturation  Hue: 214 Saturation: 114 c/p  and place inside frame Selections-Invert-Delete...KEEP SELECTED...now c/p tube of choice place inside frame, HIT DELETE.-deselect if you are not using another tube.  Still working with inside your frame, Duplicate tube, on Copy Gaussian Blur 6.0 Properties - Screen, On Original Properties - Luminance. El 35 Pillows. Resize to 60. c/p and place underneath tube. Duplicate this layer 3 times and spread layers at the bottom(see tag for reference) and add your drop shadow El 9 Envelope resize to 30 c/p and place in front of tube to the center. El 17 Pink Roses resize to 30 c/p and place to the right bottom . El 54 Glass c/p and place to the center  El 53 Bottle resize to 50 c/p and place next to El 54 Glass. El 23 Pink Rose resize to 20 c/p and place next to bottle, duplicate flip horizontal and place to the other side.  .  El 46 "Love Is" bow resize to 50 c/p to the top right of Frame.  El 45 Clock resize to 30 c/p and place to the bottom behind Rose For behind the Frame i used the following Elements 13, 16, 28, 71, and 72  but there are so many beautiful elements in this kit you can use whichever ones. Resize you elements accordingly. I worked on the left side of the frame first. Then I merged downed these elements, duplicate, flip horizontal and placed to the right! I added the Scatters for Accent. On your main tube layer Duplicate. On your copy Gaussian Blur, Properties Soft Light Opacity 61 If you are happy with your tag great! Merge Visible! Add your name, copywrite and license info Save as PNG! Thanks for looking!
