Here we go!

Open new image 700 x 700. I resized my tube by 90 c/p onto canvas. Take Frame 2 c/p and place behind tube. Magic wand click inside frame expand by 6, c/p Texture, selections invert delete, DO NOT DESELECT. C/p your close up tube layers, I am using 2 tubes, its your choice :) now hit delete and then deselect. Merge down your close up tube layers, duplicate. On copy Gaussian Blur 6 then properties screen. On original closeup tube layers go to properties luminance and lower opacity then go to effects Cybia - Screenworks - Light Guaze - Mode 25, then duplicate that layer. El 20 Red Rose resize by 40 c/p and place to the bottom left by tube duplicate and place slight towards middle next to 1st red rose layer and duplicate again andplace to the left (see tag for reference). El 21 Black Rose resize by 40 and place behind left red Rose slightly above, duplicate Black rose and do the to the right side. . El 17 resize by 80 c/p and place to the bottom right, duplicate flip horizontal and place to to the bottom left.  . El 3 Purse resize by 30 c/p and place towards bottom middle of tube. El 1 Shoes resize by 30 c/p and place to the bottom left directly behind tube. El 24 resize by 30 c/p and place to the left of Purse, duplicate flip horizontal and place between red and black rose. El 4 Bustier resize by 40 c/p and place to the right side behind directly behind tube. El 11 Butterfly resize by 20 c/p and place to the background left not far from tube, duplicate twice and scatter these two other layers (see tag for reference). Merge down your butterfly layers, drop shadow then enhance edges. Take the WA, resize by 60 /p and place towards bottom of tube. On your Original tube layer, add your drop shadow then Duplicate  and bring that layer in front of WA. Working on this same layer, Take your eraser tool and erase the tube's leg on the left side. I duplicated both my main tube layers and on copy did Properties:Overlay.

Add your drop shadows to other elements.  Merge Visible. Add your mask I used paper 3 for mine, moved towards right duplicated it then flipped horizontal and moved towards left. Crop if needed. 

Add your Name, CR and license info

Save as PNG!

Open new image 700 x 700, Take Frame 8 resize by 80, free rotate 20 left and  c/p onto canva, add drop shadow enahnce edges. . Take magic wand, click inside frame, selections expand by 5 c/p close up tube and position as you would like, selections invert delete. i did this again with close up tube, just positioned it a little different. Select your second close up tube layer, duplicate guassian blur on copy then go to properties screen. Select your first tube close uplayer go to properties_then overlay and lower opacity as you wish. El Black Paper resize by 80 cp and lace behind Frame. El Flower Frame c/p and place behind Paper layer toward top left.   Flower Frame 3 flrip horizontal and place towards bottom right behind Paper layer. El Gem resize by 50 c/p and place towards top left behind Frame. Going back to your Flower Frames, I used Papers 11 and 12 to fill in. El Black Leaf 2 resize by 60 left rotate 20 c/p and place on frame to the top left of frame. El Leaves 1 resize by 60 c/p and place to he top just behind Black Leaves, duplicate flip vertical and place just below under Black Leaves layer. El Glitter Spill c/p and place to the center in front of Paper layer.  El Ribbon resize by 60 free rotate 20 left c/p and place towards bottom underneath Frame. Last El Doodle, I c/p and placed towards the top right in the background, I duplicated the layer, flip horizontal and and moved that layer towards bottom right. Add your mask i used Paper 4 for mine. Merge your tag, duplicate gaussian blur 6.0 then properties overlay and lower opacity to 48

Add your name, CR and license info

Save your tag as PNG

Here we go!

Open new image 700 x 700. I resized my tube by 25 c/p onto canvas. Frame 7 resize by 85 c/p place behind tube. Paper 9 resize to 60, magic wand click inside frame expand by 6, c/p paper, selections invert delete. El Pine cones 2 resize by 60. I used this element to frame around the Frame, so c/p and place to the top left behind Frame, duplicate as many times as you need to frame around it. I have 7 Layers. El Wheel barow resize by 60 c/p and place towards bottom left inside Frame. El Squash resize by 40 c/p and place over Wheel barrow about halfway. Take eraser tool and magnify your tag by about 200 or 250 and erase as much as of the Squash to make it look like its in the Wheelbarrow.  El Apples 2 resize by 30 c/p and place to the left by tube. El Acorns 2 c/p and place to the left by Apples 2. El Lantern resize by 30 c/p and place to the far left behind Acorns 2. El Flower Spray resize by 70, c/p and place to the far left behind Frame and Paper, duplicate flip horizontal and place to the right, Duplicate again rotate right and place to the top left, but leave this layer showing over the Paper layer, duplicate flip horizontal and place to the top right. El FLower 7 resize by 40 c/p and place to the bottom middle behind Acorns, duplicate twice and scatter to each side side. El Book resize by 40 c/p and place to the right side by tube. Acorns 1 resize by 25 c/p and place by Book. El Pocket Watch resize by 40 c/p and place by Acorns 2. Flower 8 resize by 20 c/p and place layer behind Book, duplicate twice and scatter the two layers anywhere around the bottom. Bow 7 resize by 60 free rotate left 15 c.p place to the top left. Last Bird resize by 40 c/p and place on top of Bow.

If you want to add the Closeup tube to the background, just selected your frame expand by 6, c/p your closeup of the tube, selections invert delete. Duplicate tube layer, adjust guassian blur 6 properties screen.  Add your drop shadows then Merge your tag then crop. Got to Time Machine - Cross Processing Intensity 14

Add your name cr, and license and you are done

FTU Font Mavblis Demo Filters Xero Radiance Xero Bad Dream Textures is from Deviant Art Used #3 HERE Here We Go! Open new image 700 x 700, c/p tube of choice onto canvas. Frame 1 resize by 60 free rotate right 25 c/p place low towards right, duplicate layer, flip horizontal and place up towards the left. Hide your tube layer for now we are working with the frames. Magic Wand click inside top Frame expand by 6 c/p texture of choice selections invert delete, deselect. Do same for second frame.  Magic Wand again click inside top frame, expand by 6, c/p closeup of tube layer, selections invert delete. Do the same for second Frame. Back to first frame , duplicate tube closeup layer, on copy Adjust-Gaussian Blur 6. Go to Effects - XERO Radiance with these settings: 143, 209, 252, 255 then go to Properties: Screen, Still working with the copy, go to Xero - Soft Vignette with the following settings: Horizontal, Sharp, Background Color, Diagonal Mesh 13, -38, 0, 255 Follow same steps for other Frame. Now working on decorating your out frame. El 38 Leaves resize by 50, c/p and place to the top behind Left Frame. Duplicate, flip horizontal and place towards right side middle, Duplicate that layer, flip vertical and place to the bottom right behind frame. Duplicate that layer flip horizontal and place towards middle left behind frame. El 34 Nuts resize to 40 c/p and place to middle right, duplicate flip vertical and place to the middle left. El 48 Pine cones resize by 30 c/p and place to the top right by El 34. I duplicated the Pine cones 3 more times and just scattered them around. El 50 Branches, resize by 50 c/p and place to the bottom right, again I duplicated layer 3 more times and spread it around behind my Frames. El 15 Purple Flower resize by 20 c/p and place towards top left behind your Leaves layers, again I duplicated the flower layer 8 times and just scattered them around behind my leaves layer. Open up your tube layer. El 1 Lantern resize by 30 c/p and place behind tube to the left. El 55 resize by 50 c/p and place to the bottom of tube. El 45 Mirror resize by 25 c/p and place in front of El 55 to the bottom. El 57 Fruits resize by 25 c/p and place next to Mirror. El 15 Red Rose resize by 15 c/p and place to far right behind Lantern, duplicate layer twice and scatter at the bottom as you like. El 30 Leaves resize by 50 c/p and place to far left behind El, duplicate flip horizontal and place to the far right. El 22 Shrooms resize by 25 c/p and place to far left behind Lantern. Erase any part of the tube showing at the bottom.  Add your drop shadows. On tube layer, duplicate, go to Adjust Guassian Blur 3.0 then go Effects - Xero - Bad Dream with these settings: 82, 176 Colourization NONE then go to properties : Screen and lower Opacity to about 48 MERGE VISIBLE.  Photo Effects: Time Machine - Cross Process and lower intensity as you like.  I added the Sparkles element as well. Add your Mask I used Paper 1 for mine. Merge Visible again\Add your Name, CR and license info Save as PNG! Thanks for looking

El 19 Plank resize by 40 c/p and place towards inside middle of Frame. El 9 Drink resize by 30 c/p and place by tube. Elements 21 and 22 resize by 25 c/p and place EL 21  towards bottom of Frame and El 22 behind tube.. El 26 Logs resize by 35, flip horizontal c/p and to the left side of Frame. Open up Cluster Frame #5, you will resize it smaller a few times till you get it where you like it c/p and place behind tube. Take  Cluster Frame #4 resize smaller c/p and place towards top left behind 1st cluster frame. Magic Wand, click inside 1st Cluster frame expand by 10. Take El 19, p Postcard, resize to 80 then resize again to 70. C/P  behind 1st frame, selections, invert, delete. El 3 c/p and place underneath tube and other elements. El 10 Net resize 48 then 70, c/p and place behind tube, towards left corner of Frame. Duplicate this layer on copy, Properties: Burn. El 11 Sand resize to 76, then to 40 C/P and place underneath El 3. El 6 Flower resize to 20 c/p and place towards bottom right of tube, duplicate this layer twice and scatter them as you wish, or you can see my tag for reference. El 4 Shell resize to 88 then to 10 c/p and place towards bottom far right behind tube, go back to El 4 Free Rotate Left 15 c.p and place to the far left behind frame. Take Cluster Frame #1, resize to 41 then 41 again c/p and place to the far right behind tube. Erase the frame part if it is showing. Take Cluster Frame #2. resize to 23 then to 40, enhance edges, c/p and place to wards left inside of tube, erase any of the silver frame that showing. Go back to Cluster Frame #4, resize to 60 flip horizontal, , c/p and place behind your tube but you dont want the frame showing just the bubbles, I placed one layer of this el in the middle behind tube, duplicate and place towards far right behind tube. Last El 13, resize to 30 c/p and place towards top left. Merge Visible. Duplicate tag. On copy Adjust: Guassian Blur 6.0. Properties Overlay. Lower Opacity to 60. I used Paper 2 for my mask, duplicated my mask 3 times, merge down mask layers.  If you are happy with your tag great! Add your name, cr and license info. Save as PNG Thanks for looking!

Duplicate, Flip Vertical and Flip Horizontal. and place towards bottom left El 1 Star Frame, resize by 90 Free Rotate 15 Left. C/p and place at center behind tube layer. Magic Wand, click on Frame expand by 6. Take Paper 1 resize to 60 c/p and place behind Frame. Selections, Invert, Delete Deselect. El 5 Blue Rose resize to 60 C/p and place behind Frame, El 6 Red Rose resize to 70 c/p and place hind Blue Rose. El 7 White Rose  resize to 80 c/p and place behind Red Rose.  Take El 30 WA resize to 50, c/p and place towards left bottom by tube. Duplicate tube layer, bring that layer behind WA. Go back to first tube layer, take eraser tool and erase tube's right leg, until it looks like one leg is over WA. see tag for reference. On WA layer take magic wand and select the word USA, expand by 1. Take Paper 7 resize to 25 c/p and place over selected area. Duplicate paper layer go to Properties - Burn merge down both paper layers. Go to Effects - Vanderlee Unplugged, Interlace at default setting.  left by WA. El 8 resize to 50 c/p and place behind El 27. El 11 Lady Liberty resize to 70 Enhance Edges add a drop shadow c/p and place to the right behind El 8. El 22 Tags resize to 30 c/p and place to the bottom left by tube, Enhance Edges. El 27 resize to 50 c/p and place to the bottom right by tube, resize  smaller this El flip horizontal and place towards middle of WA by tube. El 3 resize to 50 Rotate right c/p and place towards far right Star Frame, Duplicate flip horizontal and place towards Top Left behind Star Frame and Paper. El 15 Medal of Honor resize to 20 c/p and place to the tope left. El 28 resize to 20 c/p and place to the top left on top of Medal. and last I used El 35 SParkles, c/p and place towards bacjground I duplicated this layer twice and spread it around background. merge visible adn add a touch of Radiance If you are not going to animate, add name, cr and license info and save as PNG! To add animation: Close off all elements that  are before Star Frame.  Merge visible add Xero Radiance Copy to AS Open up you animation of choice, I am using #482 which has 10 Frames, si i have to Duplicate my tag till it has 10 frames. Back to Animation, Select All, Copy Bag to tag Select All Past onto selected frames. back to PSP close of merge layer and white background. Merge Visible add radiance copy to AS. Duplicate until you have 10 frames, select all copy back to your Animated tag select all, paste on Selected  frames. if you are happy with it great! Save As Gif thanks for looking!

Open new image 700 by 700, c/p tube of choice onto canvas. Duplicate tube layer, gaussian blur 6.0 properties overlay lower opacity to 60. El 50 Sand resize to 70 c/p and place underneath tube layer, duplicate Sand layer and just move a little up behind tube. Take El 54 resize to 80, c/p and place towards the far left, duplicate this layer, flip horizontal  and place to the far right. Follow the same steps as above with El55.  El 51 resize to 70 c/p and place to the bottom left by tube. El 47 resize to 50 c/p flip horizontal and place to the bottom right. El 15 resize to 50 c/p and place by EL 51. EL 22 resize to 70 free rotate left 15 c/p and place behind treasure chest, duplicate this layer free rotate right 15 and place towards middle behind tube. El 2 resize to 40 c/p and towards bottom by tube. El 23 resize to 50 c/p and place to the bottom  in front of tube. El's 17 and 18 resize to 20 and scatter them at the bottom where you would like, or just see my tag for reference. El 27 Bubble c/p and place to the inside left by tube. Open new image 700 x 700,flood fill White if you are going to animate,  c/p tube of choice onto your canvas. I am using 2. Add a drop shadow. Merge Visible if using 2 tubes. Duplicate tube layer, Guassian Blue 6.0 on copy Properties Overlay lower opacity to 63. Merge Visible again. El Pink Glitter Flip Horizontal, c/p and place behind tubes alittle towards top left. El Black Glitter c/p and place towards middle in front of Pink Glitter. El Pink Glitter again flip horizontal c/p and place towards bottom in front of Black Glitter. El Flower resize larger to 115 c/p and place towards top right behind tube, duplicate this layer and bring it to lower left behind tubes. El Tickettorn resize to 70 Free Rotate 15.0 right c/p and place towards bottom right in front of tubes. El Censored resize to 30 free rotate right 15 c/p and place towards top left. El ribbon XXX Charm resize to 30 Enhance Edges, c/p and place over top of Censored button. El Stripper Pole resize to 40 c/p and place towards Right behind tube add drop shadow. El large XX charm resize to 50 c/p and place behind top right flower. El Censor Bow resize to 50 c/p and place on Stripper pole, Last El Peepshow Sign resize to 80 c/p and place towards bottom front of tubes. I also took El Flower resized to 30 and scatter them around tag.  On you Peepshow Sign layer - go to Vanderlee Unplugged Spotlight\using settings below

If you are not going to animate then Merge Visible your tag.  Add Xero Radiance with these settings: 128, 50 128, 203 Add Mask, Name, Cr and License info Save as PNG

To Animate: Take your magic wand Tolerance:2 Feather: 3 Anti Alias Checked Select the Jewelry on tube, I also selected the X's on bow. Duplicate tag layer TWICE, close off top to layers. On First layer go to Effects: Xenofex: Constellation with these setting:

You can always play around with the settings, have fun with it. Once you are happy, click ok, deselect Copy tag to AS, paste as New Animation Go back to PSP Close off first tag layer, open second tag layer Go back to Constellation, HIT Randon Seed, deselect Copy to AS behind current frame. Repeat this step for 3rd Tag Layer.  If you are happy with your animation Awesome! I Changed my frame properties to 20 Save as Gif

Open new image 700 x 700 If animating Flood Fill White, c/p tube of choice onto your canvas.  On your tube layer go to Effects - Photo Effects - Black and White Film Settings:  Brightness -33, Clarify 45 Choose from kit Leaf Frame resize larger to 115, c/p and place behind tube, Take Frame 2 resize larger to 115 c/p and place in front of Leaf Frame. Magic Wand Click inside Frame 2, expand by 6 take Paper Moonlight, resize to 60 c/p and place behind Frame 2, center the paper so the Moon is right behind tube, selections invert delete deselect. Duplicate paper, on Copy go to Properties - Burn.  Last El Glitter Spill, c/p and place behind Leaf Frame to the far left, duplicate flip horizontal and place to the far right. Now Merge Down Leaf Frame and the Glitter Spill layers and rename Leaf Frame   El Rose  resize to 30, c/p and place to the RIGHT side of tube layer, duplicate, duplicate Rose layer, flip horizontal and now place to the bottom RIGHT behind tube layer. Repeat same steps as above for Rose layer and place according to the LEFT side of tube. Star 3 resize to 20, Free Rotate 15 Right. Effects, Enhance Edges. c/p and place to the far RIGHT behind Rose layer. duplicate Star layer, Flip horizontal  and place behind Rose layer to the LEFT. Duplicate star layer one more time and place behind Rose layer behind tube.  EL Star String resize to 70 c/p and place between the 2 ROSE layers in front of tube. El 5 Ribbon, repeat same steps as for Star String c/p nad place behind Star String. Merge Down these 2 layers. . Take Eraser tool and erase anything showing out of the Rose Layers. El Butterfly resize to 30 c/p and place in front of Tube behind Ribbon layer. EL Dark Branch, resize to 60, Rotate Left, Flip Horizontal,  c/p and place the left by tube, Duplicate layer flip horizontal and place to the right behind tube. El Pearl resize to 30, I duplicated this layer 3 times and scattered them at the bottom El Rose 2 resize to 30, c/p and place to the far bottom left, duplicate this layer flip horizontal and place to the Far Right. Add your Mask, I am using Moonlight Paper 2 from the Freebie folder. Duplicate Mask. If your happy with your tag great. Add your name, opy Write and license info. Save as PNG
To Animate Take Leaf Frame Layer and import that to Animation Shop Go to  Insert Image Effects Underwater with these Settings:

You can always play around with the settings!

If you happy great, Back to PSP - close off Mask and Leaf Frame Layer, Merge Visible elements

Copy  Tag import to AS as new animation 

My animations has 17frames so SELECT ALL on your animation, I will make 17 frames of the tag. Go to EDIT, Duplicate until you have the 17 frames.  Select All, C/p onto into Selected Frame (Animation)

**MAKE SURE BEFORE YOU PAST THAT ALL YOUR FRAMES ARE SELECTED AND YOU ARE PASTING ON FIRST FRAME**

Back to PSP. Close off Tag open up mask layer, copy import to Animation shop, make 17 Frames. Go bac to animated tag, select all, c/p and place on Mask frame. and you are done.

Here We Go! Open new image 700 x 700 c/p tube of choice onto canvas. El 56 Sand, resize to 60 c/p and place underneath tube. El 31 resize to 25 c/p and place to the bottom far right. EL 30 Beach Ball resize to 25 c/p and place to the far right behind tube. El 32 resize to 60 c/p and place behind tube to the left. El 7 resize to 20 c/p and place on El 32. El 1 Shell resize to 20 c/p and place to the far left. EL  21 Gate resize to 70  c/p and place towards the back. El 50 Tree resize to 70 c/p and place one to the far right behind Gate, duplicate this layer flip horizontal and place to the far left. El 34 Beach Sign resize to 70 c/p and place in from of Tree on right side El 58 Umbrella resize to 70 c/p and place towards middle in front of Gate. El 18 Net resize to 40 c.o and place over in the middle between both tree layers. , Edge Effects Enhance. El 20 Red Flower  resize to 20 c/p and place to far left bottom  behind boat, duplicate this layer and place on left side behind tube. El 19 Blue Flower resize to 15 c/p and place by bottom left in front of boat, duplicate this layer and place by Red Flower behind tube. El 37 Tube Frame resize to 80 c/p and place behind all elements. Magic Wand click inside Frame, Selections Modify Expand by 6, Invert Delete Deselect. Duplicate Paper, Properties Burn. El 59 Bubbles resize to 80 c.p and place to the middle behind tube. On Main tube layer, duplicate, gaussian blur 6.0 properties overlay lower opacity to 65. Merge Visible. Effects - Xero Radiance with these settings 109-206-82-137. Make your mask, I used Paper 10, duplicate mask, flip vertical, Merge Visible. Add your name, CR and License info and your done! Open new image 700 by 700, c/p tube of choice onto canvas. Take Frame 5 resize to 110 c/p and place behind tube. Add Xero Radiance with these setting: 255, 255 , 216, 164 Take Frame 1 c/p and place behind Frame 5 and add same Xero - Radiance settings as above BUT twice! . Take Frame 3 resize to 110 c/p and between the other frames and move up. Duplicate this layer merge down, apply DSB Flux Bright Noice Darker - 67. Duplicate again  layer and move a little towards bottom  El Brooch, c/p and place behind frame, I duplicated this layer a few times and scattered them behind Frame 3.  For inside the Frame: El Grass c/p and place inside Frame. El Bridge resize to 50 c/p and place on Grass. El Rainbow resie to 80 c/p and place inside frame, duplicate this layer, merge down, erase anything showing outside frame. You are done! El Flower 1 resize to 60 c/p and place behind your tube to the right, duplicate this layer and scatter them as you wish or see my tag for reference. El Shamrock 1, c/p and place to the bottom right behind tube. El Coins, resize to 30, c/p and place by the tube's  legs, Again duplicate three times this layer and scatter them at the bottom. Go to Effects, Edge Effects and Enhance each of the coins layer. Add your drop shadows. El Tag resize to 40 c.p and place to the left behind tube. Elements Lights, Bow and Charm resize all to 40  c/p and place to the top, slightly to the left of Frame and Enhance Edges on Lights and Charm El Rings resize to 40 Enhance Edges and place by coins. El Deco 1 resize to 40 and scatter them around your tag. Go to your main tube layer add your drop shadow,  Duplicate, Gaussian Blur 3.0. Go to Properties - Hard Light and lower Opacity as you wish i did mine to 71. Merge your tag. Add your Mask, duplicate mask merge down. Effects VM Distortion Kaledoscope Merge Visible.  Add your Name License and Copy write\Save as PNG!
