Here We Go!

New Image 700 x 700, resize tube by 90 c/p onto canvas. El 16 Frame, c/p and place behind tube. Magic Wand click inside frame expand by 15. Paper 7 resize by 60 c/p  place behind Frame, selections, inverte, delete, deselect. Move your tube layer to the right side of Frame. El 29 Sand, c/p and place underneath Frame,. El 25 Tree resize by 80 c/p and place behind tube to the right. El 27 Umbrella resize by 70, free rotate right 15 c/p and place behind tube. El 19 Plank resize by 40 c/p and place towards inside middle of Frame. El 9 Drink resize by 30 c/p and place by tube. Elements 21 and 22 resize by 25 c/p and place EL 21  towards bottom of Frame and El 22 behind tube.. El 26 Logs resize by 35, flip horizontal c/p and to the left side of Frame. EL 38 Starfish resize by 25 c/p and place on EL 26. El 6 resize by 20 c/p and place by Starfish.  El 15 bottle resize by 30 c/p andplace behind Logs. EL 3 Bird resize by25 c/p and place on top of Logs. El 10 Flower resize by 15 c/p, duplicate this layer twice and just scatter them at the bottom or you can see my tag my reference. El 5 Clouds resize by 50 c/p and place on top of Frame. El 39 Sunray resize by 60 flip horizontal c/p and place by Clouds. El 36 Sparkles resize by 60 c/p and place towards Paper layer by Water. Last El 4 Bubbles c/p and place over top of Frame. Add your drop shadows and merge your tag. Add your Mask, I used Paper 2 for mine. Merge Visible. Add Photo Effects - Film and Filters - Vivid Skin Tones Filter Color #fff1dd Density 10 Add your name, CR and license Info and you are Done!
