Open New Image 700 x 700 C/P tube of choice onto canvas to the bottom.  For the background I am using Mask 6 by Dee and Paper 9. Once you make the mask, DUPLICATE and Merge Down. Frame 1 resize to 80 c/p and place behind your tube. Magic Wand click inside frame Selections - Expand by 4 c.p Paper 16 Selections - Invert - Delete - Do Not DESELECT. C/P your closeup of your tube HIT DELETE - Deselect. on your clse up tube layer, duplicate, on your copy Properties - Screen. On your Original layer Properties - Luminance Effects - Tramages - Wee Scratches Amount 41. El 44 Sand c/p and place underneath your tube. EL 34 Pumpkins resize to 60 c/p and place to the bottom in front of your tube. El 62 walnuts resize to 80 c/p and place to the bottom in front of pumpkins. EL 21 Shell resize to 20 c/p and place to the bottom, duplicate this layer again and place accordingly  to the bottom. El 22 Blue Shell repeat above steps. EL 59 Pinecone resize to 20, c/p and place to the bottom, duplicate this layer twice and place where you would like.  El 11 Rope resize to 80 c/p and sort of drape over your frame.  El 9 Ribbon resize to 90 c/p and place to the bottom of your frame. El 46 Leaves Flip Horizontal   erase the branch.    c/p and place to the bottom behind Ribbon. Going back to EL 46 Leaves Rotate Right and Flip Vertical c/p and place to the top corner left erase any excess branch at the bottom . El  84 leaves resize to 50 c/p and place to the top left also. El 94 watch resize to 50 free rotate left 15 c/p and place to the bottom left. El 93 resize to 50 c/p and place to the top left of Frame. El 71 Net c/p and place to the top over Rope EL. EL 64 Flower resize to 40 and scatter a few layers around the bottom. Last El 37 Leaves Scatter resize to 80 c/p and place over Frame. Merge Visible. Add a touch of Radiance, but that is totally up to you. Add your name, license and copy write. Crop and save as PNG Thanks for looking!

Magic Wand click inside frame Select your tube layer on you layers palette, Selections Invert Delete KEEP SELECTED Take Paper 3 C/P and place behind your tube. Make sure your paper layer is selected on you layers palette Selections - DELETE - Deselect EL 56 resize to 50 Free Rotate right 30, C/P and place to the bottom left behind frame. Duplicate this layer flip horizontal and place to the right bottom behind frame. Free Rotate El 56 again by 30 right C/P and place to the middle left behind frame,  duplicate this layer  flip horizontal and place to the right behind frame EL 18 and 14 resize to 60 C/P and place to the left side of the frame. EL 63 resize to 40 c/p and place in front of EL 18 and 14.  EL 31 resize to 30 c/p and place to the left.  El 37 resize to 50 c/p and place t the bottom left. El 19 resize to 30 c/p and place behind El 37 to the left. El 65 resize to 40 c/p and place towards bottom middle. El 2 resize to 30 c/p and place to the bottom left EL 26 resize to 20 c/p and place behind EL 2. EL 27 resize to 20 c/p and place behind el 2. El 1 resize to 20 C/P and place to the bottom.  El 43 resize to 40 c/P and place over bottom elements, Edge Effects - Enhance Edges EL 17 C/P and place towards back of frame to the left duplicate this layer andplace to the right Back to your maine tube layer duplicate - on Copy layer Gaussian Blue 6.0 - Xero Bad Dream you can play with your settings till you get it where u want -  Properties - Screen - Opacity 60 I gave my finished tag a blast of Radiance! Merge Visible. Add your mask of choice Copy write and License info Save as PNG

Open New Image 700 x 700 C/P your tube of choice onto your canvas. EL 28 Frames C/P and place behind your tube. Magic Wand, click inside frame C/P Paper 5 Selections - Invert - Delete - Deselect. EL 48 C/P and place to the top right of the frame.  EL 61 Heart Frame resize to 95 Rotate Left 15 C/P and place to the left hand side in front of frame. Magic Wand, click inside Heart Frame Selections -Expand by 5 - New Layer. I made a gradient using the color of  EL 29 Rose with these settings

Flood Fill twice.  Take a closeup of your tube C/P behind the Heart Frame HIT DELETE. Deselect.

On your closeup tube layer DUPLICATE. On your copy tube layer Blur - Gaussian Blue 6 - Properties SCREEN

On your Original tube layer -  Properties Luminance - Opacity 44.

Effects - Cybia Screenworks - Light Gauze

EL 79 and 29 resize to 40 C/P and place to the bottom right

EL 79 Duplicate flip horizontal and place to the left

EL 45 resize to 40 Free Rotate Left 15 C/P and place down by your tube. EL 23 resize 40 free rotate 15 right C/P and place to the right behind tube. EL 62 resize to 80 free rotate  and place to the far right. EL 33 resize to 30 C/P and place to the left behind tube. El 15 and 20 resize to 20 C/P and place accordingly at the bottom. EL 19 Doodle C/P and place behind your frames to the top right Duplicate layer flip vertical and place to the bottom left. EL 24 star resize to 30 C/P, duplicate layer as you wish I did it 3 times and scattered them at the bottom.

EL 11 resize to 30 C/P and place behind your elements in front of frame to the bottom. El 7 resize to 70 C/P and place to the top right

once your are done go back to your  main tube layer Duplicate

Blur - Gaussian 3.0 - Properties Hardlight - Opacity 53

Merge Visible

Add your mask, Name, License and Copy Write Info

Save as PNG

El 33 Ground resize to 60 C/P and place behind EL 27 to the bottom. Duplicate this layer twice and place them at different areas at the bottom El 26 bushes C/P and place to the right, Duplicate this layer and place to the left but move it down so it looks like the ground ( see my tag for reference) . El 19 Tree resize to 60 C/P and place to the left. El 30 resize to 60 C/P and place to back left.  EL 17 House resize to 60 C/P and place to the back in front of El 19 Tree.  El 29 Tree resize to C/P and place behind House to the far right also.  El 3 hand resize to 10 C/P and place to the bottom in front of your tube.  EL 35 Flames resize to 30 C/P and place towards the back left by house. Merge Visible again I gave my finished tag a blast of Xero - Seasons Settings 37, 116, -70, 88 This made the flames and the stand out more. Add Your Name, License and Copy Write Info and your done! C/P and place them both behind your tube Take your Preset Tool  Background: Null Foreground Black and draw out an Eclipse. Convert to Raster name is Circle and place behind your tube and hearts. Working with your Eclipse. Go to Selections -Float - Defloat - New Layer - Selections Border - Both Sides Anti-Alias Checked 3. Click ok Flood Fill your with #f4c3c3, Deselect, Name that layer Border Working with your new Border - Go to Effects Eye Candy 4 HSB Noise Smooth Lumps. Click ok. Effects - DSB Flux - Bright Noise - Darker 47 Click ok. I resized EL 55 again smaller C/P and place to the left bottom in front of tube Duplicate this layer and place to the left bottom. El 32 resize to 30 C/P andplace to the bottom right El 18 resize to 60 C/P and place behind rose on the bottom right. El 14 resize to 30 C/P and plce to bottom middle in front of tube. El 25 C/P and place to the bottom underneath your elements and tube Add your drop shadows! Going back to my Original Tube layer - Photo Effects - Film and Filters - Vivid - Filter Color #f2dec8 Density 5 click OK.

Adjust - Hue Saturation - Colorize  Hue: 0 Saturation 81 C/P and place by fan. Duplicate this layer twice, flip horizontal and place behind one on each side EL Apples resize to 20 C/P and place by pinecones. El Key resize to 30 C/P and place behind Apples. El Birdcage resize to 50 C/P and place to the left behind tube. and last EL Bats resize to 50 and place where you would like i did mine to the top left and duplicated the layer and place it to the top right. For behind the the frame: El 14 Flower C/P and place to the top right corner of frame duplicate this layer and place to the bottom left behind frame EL 68 Fan resize to 80 C/P and place to the bottom right duplicate this layer and place to the top left EL 32 resize to 80 , free rotate 15.0 left. C/P and place to the right bottom duplicate this layer and place to the left bottom For the bottom of the frame: EL 73 resize to 40 rotate left 15, c/p and place to the left duplicate this layer and place to the right EL 73 resize to 70 C/P and place in front of your tube to bottom. Elements 3, 8, 13, 19, 20, 30, 31, 35, 37,  62, 63, 77 - I resized to 20 or 30 and scattered them at the bottom.  See tag for reference! El 7 Sparkles resize to 80 C/P and place over frame to the left. Go back to your main tube, duplicate. on copy adjust gaussian blur 6 properties hardlight. If your happy with your tag great! Merge Visible, Add your mask, name, license and copy write! For the name, I converted it to raster. Selections float defloat add a new layer floodfill. DSB Bright noise Darker on that layer,  went back to name and added a bevel and drop shadow! Save as PNG and you are done! Thanks for looking!

El Basket resize to  30, C/P and place at the bottom middle of your tube EL Apples resize to 20 Rotate Left, C/P and place right by the rim of your basket.  (We want to make  it look like the apples are in the basket) Take your eraser tool, Round 5 and start erasing the bottom part of the apples until you see the rim of the Basket It helps if you magnify the image, i do about 300 percent! EL Deco 2 resize to 30, we are doing the same steps as we did with the apples! EL Flower 2 again we follow the sames steps as above! EL Pumpkin resize to 20 C/P and place to bottom by basket. El Rabbit resize to 30 and place to the right by Basket. El Floral Arrangement resize to 30 C/P and place towards bottom El Bench resize to 70 C/P and place to the left behind tube EL Deco 3 resize to 20 C/P and place on top of bench add drop shadow. El Flower 1 resize to 10 C/P and place by El Deco 3. Duplicate the flower layer 2 more times and scater those to the bottom. El umbrella resize to 40 C/P and place by Bench. El Mushroom resize to 20 C/P and place wherever you my like. I duplicated this layer twice to scatter them around.
Lets dress up the inside of your frame! EL Plant 2 resize to 40 C/P and place to the right inside frame, Duplicate this layer Flip Horizontal and place that layer to the right EL Wind resize to 30 C/P and place inside your frame on top Magic Wand click inside frame, take EL Tree 1 - C/P and place towards back behind Plant Selections Invert Delete Deselect Make sure your Wind is in front of the tree El Sun resize to 70 C/P and place right behind the tree Last EL Fawn resize to 50 C/P and place behind Plant I used Flowers 1 and 3 and placed towards the back of my frame If you are happy with your tag great!

Take Paper 6 C/P and place behind Frame Hit Delete, Deselect Elements 59 and 56 resize to 4 C/P to the bottom of the Frame. El 34 Blue Rose resize to 30  Rotate Right C/P and place to the right. Resize the rose smaller, rotate left, C/P and place between EL 59 and 56. EL 39 Peacock Feather resize to 50 Free Rotate Left 10 C/P and place to the right behind the other elements. Element 63 Blue Leaves resize to 50, Free Rotate Left 10 C/P and place behind Peacock Feather Duplicate this layer, /P and place lower right. Same Element Rotate Left and place to the bottom EL 61 Lace resize to 70 C/P and place to the bottom EL 43 resize to 30 C.P and place to the bottom EL 68 Blue Gem resize to 40 Rotate right 10 C/P and place to the bottom, Duplicate this layer twice and scatter them as you wish EL 53 Mask resize to 30 C/P and place to the right in front of Peacock Feather EL 29 resize to 40 C/P and place to the right side of the Frame behind Peacock Feather and blue leaves.
