Open new image 700 x 700. C/p tube of choice onto canvas.  El 112 Sand resize to 60 c/p and place underneath tube. Add your Mask, I used Paper 28 resized to 70. Duplicate Mask, Merge Down.  Frame 12 resize to 60 c/p and place in front of mask layer, underneath sand layer. Go to Effects: Xero Radiance with these settings: 128, 176, 222, and 255 Hit Ok and do it again.  Magic Wand click inside Frame, expand by 10,  c/p Paper 38, move Paper up so you dont see either the Moon or Boat  you just want to get the Water, selections, invert, delete, deselect. .El 110 Clouds resize to 40 c/p and place towards middle inside Frame.  El 102 Boat resize to 40 c/p and place to the left side of Frame, El 113 Water Splash resize to 40 and place to the bottom in front of Boat. El 184 Water resize to 30 c/p and place behind Boat to the right. El 51 Coins resize to 40 c/p and place by tube's boot. El 31 Lantern resize to 30 c/p and place by Coins. Duplicate El 51, flip horizontal and place behind Lantern. El 46 Binoculars resize to 20 c/p and place by Lantern. El 126 Coral Flower resize to 15 c/p and place behind tube towards left. Duplicate this layer twice and scatter as you wish at the bottom.  El 58 Treasure chest resize to 30 c/p and place to the right behind tube. EL 169 Jewel Scatter resize to 30 c/p and place by Treasure chest. El 157 Plant resize to 30 c/p and place to the right behind Treasure Chest. El 53 Scroll resize to 30 c/p and place behind binoculars. EL 122 Flower resize to 15 c/p and place in front by Binoculars. El 137 Flowers resize to 30 c/p and place to the bottom far right of Frame. El 47 Compass resize to 10 c/p and place to the bottom fright in front of El 137. EL 149 Branch resize to 30 c/p and place towards middle bottom over Sand. El 79 Chain with Charms resize to 30 c/p andplace towards top left of Frame. Enhance Edges. Last El 17 resize to 20 fl;ip horizontal and place by Scroll to the bottom. Do not forget your drops shadows!. Merge your tag! Add Name, Copy Write and License info. I added Photo Effects FIlm and Filters Vivid Skin TOnes Filter Color #4a5c75 TWICE.  Save as PNG Thanks for looking!
